Victory Christian Center currently has 6 locations in Western PA and Eastern Ohio.  Covering 5 counties and 6 cities: Coitsville, OH, Columbiana, OH, New Wilmington, PA, New Castle, PA, Warren, OH and Liberty, OH. Lead Pastors' David and Kathie Thomas lead Victory Christian Center.
